Install the binary

Drop Jarvis on the machine that holds your Agent Home.

Create Agent Home, models.kdl, policy, and state DB in one command.

jarvis setup --home ~/.jarvis --preset xai --policy safe

Browser workspace (Preview by default). Connect harnessd for live ledger glass.

Bearer + API base in Settings. Restart after rebuilds so Glass sees new /glass/* routes.

Telegram mobile ADE — same approvals and status notify.
